Are You LIVING WELL in East Sussex?

East Sussex County Council, alongside their partners and residents, is developing a new strategy for adult social care. Your thoughts on what is important and how they can support you to live well will be central to this long term plan.

The starting point is to find out what matters most to adults who need care and support, their unpaid carers and families, as well as those who may use the services in the future.

Whether you have lots of experience of adult social care, or none at all - your views are welcomed.
