MindOut - LGBTQ+ Mental Health Service
East Sussex Community Get Togethers
MindOut is branching out across East Sussex, with new community get together in Hastings and Eastbourne.
The sessions are run by and for LGBTQ+ people. Each venue has a relaxed cafe space and smaller private areas where people can chat to the friendly wellbeing team.
The sessions will be running on Mondays from 5-7pm and will alternate each week between Eastbourne and Hastings.
