This Exhibition is being held to complement the various E.F.Benson events in the Rye Arts Festival.It also commemorates the 100th anniversary of the publication of Miss Mapp, the first of the Tilling books set in Rye.
The Exhibition is also an introduction to E.F.Benson's time in Rye, how he lived, his writings and how Rye appears in so many of his works beside the Tilling novels
