5th Anniversary

At our monthly afternoon meeting in October we celebrated the 5th anniversary of the start of our group.

During this time a lot of friendships have been formed and interests have been shared. Days out to Rye, Bletchley Park, Eastbourne College, Driftwood Gardens for example have been organised as well as visits to the cinema, theatre and restaurants.

We have and continue to work with AGE Concern Eastbourne, East Sussex Adult Social Care, Eastbourne Council, Sussex Police,Terrence Higgins Trust, Brighton GEMS and Hastings and Rother Rainbow Alliance.

Over the past five years we have raised the concerns of older LGBT people to those working in Care Homes and Domiciliary Care by attending workshops and visits.

Looking forward our 6th Anniversary!
