Let's talk about Queer Migrants
Research Project at Loughborough University.
We have received a request from a MSc Social Science Research Student at Loughborough University
Looking for LGBTQ+ and women identifying migrants living outside of a major ‘urban hub’ (eg. London, Brighton, Manchester) to take part in an interview discussing migration journey and community building.
This project has ethical approval from Loughborough University.
Findings from this research will be valuable insight into the experiences of a marginalised group (LGBTQ+ migrant women), also shifting focus away from large cities and towards the needs of queer people in different areas in the UK.
